Are 3NERGY products vegan / gluten-free?
Yes. All 3NERGY drinks are gluten-free.
Our maple and maltodextrin-fructose formulas are also vegan, providing a clean performance solution that respects dietary preferences.
What is the carbohydrate and sodium content of 3NERGY products?
Electrolyte Info:
Carbohydrate and electrolyte content varies depending on the options selected.
Per 30g serving, the basic formulas contain more than 330mg of sodium and an average of 425mg of electrolytes.
By customizing your blend, this average can reach up to 530 mg of electrolytes per serving.
Carbohydrate Info:
The carbohydrate content depends entirely on the sugar selected. Here are the details per 30g serving:
Maple
Metabolizes quickly for immediate energy delivery.
25g of carbohydrates per serving, up to 60g per hour.
Honey
More gradual absorption, with a lower glycemic index — ideal for endurance.
22g of carbohydrates per serving, up to 90g per hour.
Maltodextrin-Fructose
Formula optimized for higher carbohydrate intakes (up to 90 g/h), with rapid and sustained absorption.
Two ratios available: 2:1 or 0.8:1 (see FAQ for details).
27g of carbohydrates per serving, up to 90g per hour.
Maltodextrin-Fructose: What do the ratios 2:1 and 1:0.8 mean?
The ratios indicate the proportion of maltodextrin to fructose in the formula.
For example, a 2:1 ratio means two parts maltodextrin to one part fructose. This version is ideal for most athletes.
The 1:0.8 ratio, which is higher in carbohydrates, allows for increased energy intake per serving. However, it requires some digestive training to be well tolerated.
A recommended approach: Start with the 2:1 ratio, then move to 1:0.8 if you need more carbohydrates and your digestive system adapts well to it.
What is the shelf life of 3NERGY powders?
3NERGY drinks can be stored for more than 12 months.
They remain safe to consume beyond this period, but some flavors may lose slightly in intensity or freshness after a year. For an optimal experience, we recommend consuming the product within 12 months of purchase.
Are 3NERGY products suitable for daily use or only for intensive training?
3NERGY drinks can be consumed daily, depending on your level of physical activity.
They're not just for intense workouts. As our usage guide indicates, the key is to match the amount consumed to your energy expenditure. The goal: to support your performance without overconsuming.
Tip: Test your drink first with moderate exercise, then gradually increase the amount as needed. This will allow you to fine-tune your ideal formula while respecting your digestive tolerance.
Can I use 3NERGY products with other supplements (electrolytes, gels, etc.)?
Yes, it's possible. Our formulas are designed to provide a complete carbohydrate and electrolyte solution, but they can be combined with other products if you have specific needs. If you're adding gels, saline drinks, or other supplements, be sure to calculate your total intake to avoid overloading. If you're unsure, contact us—we can help .
How do I determine the right electrolyte level for my needs?
There are two ways you can estimate your sweat rate.
The most accessible method is to weigh yourself without clothes on before and after exercise, taking into account the amount of fluid consumed. The difference will indicate your sweat loss, and therefore your sweat rate.
To go further, 3NERGY offers a personalized analysis using a device that measures your sweat rate and the electrolyte concentration in your sweat. Write to us—we'll be happy to guide you.
Note: Sodium loss varies greatly among athletes, but research suggests that the average sodium loss is between 900 and 1600 mg/L. The goal is not to replace 100% of the loss, but to maintain a balance that supports performance.
What is the recommended serving size for 3NERGY powders?
We suggest starting with 1 serving per 500ml bottle of water ( scoops are included in each bag ).
Gradually adjust as needed.
If your energy levels drop during exercise, increase the dose slightly on your next outings — you can go up to 2 or even 3 scoops , depending on the duration and intensity of your workout.
Maximum recommended dosage (without gastric discomfort):
Maple sugar, up to 60g of carbohydrates per hour
Honey sugar & maltodextrin-fructose, up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour
Need more? It's possible. We have solutions that deliver up to 120g per hour. Contact us—we can help you adjust your carbohydrate intake for optimal energy support.
When should I consume 3NERGY products for optimal performance?
3NERGY drinks can be used before, during and after exercise.
A 500ml bottle consumed 1 to 2 hours before the event helps replenish glycogen stores and optimize hydration. During exercise, they provide the necessary energy to muscles while supporting fluid balance. After the activity, they help replenish reserves for proper recovery before the next outing.
Please note : It is recommended to add a protein source during the recovery window to support muscle regeneration. 3NERGY drinks do not contain protein, as it is difficult to digest during exercise.
