How it Works

1. Wear the Nix Biosensors sensor during a training session. The sensor is placed on the upper arm and measures your sodium concentration and fluid loss rate in real time.

2. Let the app guide you in real time. During exercise, the Nix app continuously analyzes your losses and tells you exactly when and how much to drink to maintain your performance. No more rough estimates. Precise recommendations, at the right time.

3. Share your results with the 3NERGY team. After the session, your sodium and fluid loss data are available in the app. Send your Nix report via your preferred communication channel. Our team analyzes your sweat profile to determine the hydration formula precisely adapted to your physiology.

4. Receive your personalized formula. The optimal carbohydrate base, electrolyte level, and flavors are established based on your actual data. Your formula is provided to you with fueling recommendations adapted to your goals.
