What most athletes don't know about their sweat

The concentration of sodium in sweat varies tenfold from one athlete to another. One person loses 200 mg of sodium per liter of sweat. Another loses 2,000 mg. Both are perfectly normal. Both train hard. But without actual measurement, both are guessing.

Guessing your hydration means accepting an uncontrolled variable at a time when every detail matters. The Pro-Gramme closes that gap.

The Pro-Gram combines Nix Biosensors' real-time measurement technology with the 3NERGY team's expertise to produce a hydration formula calibrated to the athlete's actual physiology.

This is not superficial customization. It's an approach built on concrete data: sodium concentration, fluid loss rate, and effort profile. The carbohydrate base, electrolyte level, and flavors are established based on this data, not general preferences.

How it Works

Order The Essential. The Nix Biosensors sensor is shipped directly. For athletes who have not yet tried our products, we recommend adding the Maltodextrin-Fructose Discovery Pack to try six of our nine flavors before formula calibration.

Real-world measurement. The sensor is worn during a training session and records sodium concentration and fluid loss rate.

Data transmission. The athlete shares their Nix report with the 3NERGY team via their preferred communication channel.

Formula calibration. The team establishes the personalized formula, including the optimal carbohydrate base, flavors, and refueling recommendations, and ships three bags of calibrated formula powder.

Re-evaluation. The Nix Biosensors sensor comes with four distinct tests. Athletes who wish to further analyze their data or re-evaluate their formula based on changes in their training conditions can do so at any time.
