Amazing no stomach irritation. Slow release, tastes great but not overpowering very subtle taste. It does take a few session to get use to the release and then manage intake/concentration levels but believe me if you pay attention, you will reap the benefits of this electrolyte. I know fresh breath is an odd factor but some electrolytes can give the most horrible breath, this product (cannelle) gives you fresh breath. I am taking this with me on 3 week European bike trip, where I will enjoy cycling in Germany, Switzerland, France, Tuscany, Northern Italy (Dolomites), Austria, and Bavarian region of Germany. Additionally, I will be atttempting to qualify for UCI Grandfondo Vosges and completing the complete Tuscany Trail.

Very happy with the product. Tested the 3energy products at salon du vélo un Montreal. I prefer honey as the sugar base and right now banana flavor works best for me. Mint is also great. Still have testers and keep testing.
